Street Fighter II
After I built my cabinet shell this showed up for sale locally for $40
I powered it up and a red screen shows for a couple of seconds and the marquee lights up but nothing else happens.
I checked the voltage out of the power supply and it has no 12 or 5 volts. The transformer has 120 volts out.
The neck of the gun glows red but only very dimly. Gonna see what else is going on.
Here are some pics maybe you can help me identify the problem and exactly what is this game.
