This is the start of my V6 page just some pics for now. The Car is a 78 roadster that I am converting to chrome bumpers. It has been lowered and has new minlites. The new engine is a 2.8l V6 from a 88 camaro and the Transmission is a T-5 from the same car. Here are a few pics of what it looks like as of 4 Oct 04.
I started doing this swap about 2 years ago! I am in the Marine Corps and as you can imagine we have been very busy, so needless to say I haven't had the time I would like to have this done. Ok, that is my excuse! Whoa is me...I am better now. I picked up the engine and transmission from a yard in Tuscon. If you can get the whole car those little things that you need that are with the car will cost you later in both time and money. I broke it down into 4 areas. The interior and exterior links don't really have anything to do with the V6 just things I decided to do as I went along in the conversion process.
